Into Everything

Evan is now able to pull himself up in order to search through his basket of toys.

Happy 4th of July!

Watching the Cedar Point fireworks at the Jackson Street Pier with Daddy.

Evan watched his first fireworks with Mommy on her birthday.

Helping Hand

Aubrey wanted to help feed Evan his bottle.

Island Hopping

The boys on the top deck of the Jet Express on our way over to Kelleys Island and Put-In-Bay

Uncle Nick and Noah skipping rocks into the lake.
Noah and Uncle Nick exploring the woods on Kelleys Island.

Nick helped Evan get his feet wet in Lake Erie.

Evan and Mommy enjoying the beautiful day.

Walking on the boardwalk through the woods.

Noah was our fearless leader.

Noah showed us which way to go on the trail.
Poor Noah was tired of walking... we didn't realize the trail was SO LONG!

Noah took a little break while Uncle Nick went to get the golf cart.
Thank goodness for a cold bottle of water and the golf cart!

Evan fell asleep while we were driving around the island on the golf cart.

Noah enjoyed the playground in the park at Put-In-Bay.

Evan LOVED the swings!
Noah took Evan down the big spiral slide.

Checking out the pirate ship where Uncle Nick sometimes works.

The boys went swimming.

Noah loved playing underneath the waterfall.

Noah played really well with Evan in the back yard.
Noah was writing about all of his adventures in his daily journal for his mom and dad to read when they get home.

Backwards PJs

One morning, I thought Evan's pajama feet looked a bit strange...Nick had put Evan's PJs on backwards the night before!

Funny Faces

A couple of weeks ago, Nick, Evan and I enjoyed a beautiful evening outside watching a fire in our fire pit. Evan was very animated that evening and I happened to catch a few of his funny faces on camera!

Crazy About Ice Cream!

Last Wednesday, my nephew Noah came up to stay with us for a couple of nights. When Uncle Nick got home from work, we went out to dinner and then treated ourselves to ice cream cones from Toft's Dairy. Evan stole a few licks from each of our cones. He tasted chocolate peanut butter, mint chocolate chip, moose tracks and chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream! Then we saw Great-Grandma and Papa eating ice cream in their car, so we walked over to visit and Evan got to try a bite from each of their sundaes too!

Someone had a couple of licks from a couple of different ice cream cones.
