If we do not shut a door completely, Evan has figured out how to pull it open. Nick was working in the garage on Friday evening and must not have completely closed the door leading into the house. Evan opened the door and proceeded to climb down the step into the garage. (He has successfully done this before, with parental supervision). Apparently, Evan misjudged the step, fell onto the floor mat face first, and scrapped up his nose. Of course he cried, but quickly calmed down when we assured him that he was fine. He has some pretty cool battle wounds, but unfortunately he received them on the same week that I was hoping to get his 1 year old pictures taken. I'm wondering if he will let me put some makeup on his nose?
