The new windows and doors were finally installed and they look great! When we had the home inspection at the end of the summer, the inspector pointed out that several of the windows as well as the patio door and windows were defective and would probably need to be replaced. When Nick called the window company, we were super excited to find out that they were sit under warranty until the end of 2012! We were able to order 19 new windows and doors before the warranty expired. It seemed like we waited forever for them to come in, but we had no reason to complain because they were completely FREE! The only thing we had to pay for was the installation of all of the windows and doors! We owe the home inspector a huge THANK YOU for bringing this to our attention! Thank you also to Mamaw for coming up and watching the boys on the day when the men were installing the new windows.
