More "Deconstruction"

Nick and I have been tearing up the old linoleum floors in the bathroom and the front entryway so that Brandon can come lay down tile to match the kitchen and dining room. He finished tiling those two rooms the same day that I went into labor with Evan! As we were pulling up the floors, we also decided to rip out the shower stall in the bathroom and turn that space into a linen closet. This might be a bigger project than Brandon was originally planning to help out with, but it will look so much better once it is all completed. We will owe Brandon BIG TIME!

Evan was supervising all of the deconstruction and wasn't happy about what he was seeing.

Dinner in the Garage

Nick and I worked in the garage one evening. Evan hasn't needed his high chair yet, and so it was still out in the garage where it was being stored. I decided to put Evan in the high chair so that we could continue working without having to hold him. After watching us work for quite a while, he got fussy so I figured that he was hungry. Since he was already in the high chair, I thought I would feed him (even though he was sitting in the garage). He only took about three bites and then fell sound asleep. He was worn out from all of the Easter festivities earlier in the day.

Passed out in the high chair in the garage. As you can see, we need to continue working to clean up and organize the garage.

He seemed to like sitting in his high chair.
