A couple of nights ago, Nick was reading a few books to Evan. He is usually very interested in any book that we read to him and that night was no exception. Nick was reading a Sesame Street book titled, Bubbles, Bubbles. One part in the book mentions bubbles on your nose, so Nick touched Evan's nose which made him give off a big grin. Another part talks about bubbles on your toes, so when Nick touched Evan's toes he giggled again. Then when Nick read the page that said, "Bubbles, bubbles, Pop! Pop! Pop!" Evan laughed and laughed. Every time that Nick repeated Pop! Pop! Pop! Evan would giggle like crazy, which in turn made Nick and I giggle. I am amazed everyday at Evan's reactions to various things that he experiences. He is getting so much more alert and reactive toward his surroundings.
